 The Australian Pipe Band Association (APBA) has a "College Branch" affiliated with each Branch of the organisation. As Such, Pipe Bands SA has a "College Branch" with its objective to further and improve the standards of Pipe Bands in South Australia. The Pipe Bands SA College is also in charge of administering and awarding College Certificates in both Piping & Drumming.
